We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to serving the New York Capital Region area and promoting the confidence and self esteem of financially challenged young women in Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady and Rensselaer Counties along with Columbia, Fulton, Greene, Hamilton, Montgomery, Schoharie, Warren and Washington Counties by providing the means for them to attend formal social events within their schools. Donations of quality new and “gently used” formal dresses and gowns as well accessories allow young women to attend their high school formal occasions without worrying about the financial burden associated with attending such events and allows for the opportunity to have memories of what is one of the most special events and milestones in a young girl’s life—the Prom.
Referrals can be submitted by teachers, guidance counselors, church officials or social service agency officials. Please see one of those people to request a referral to our program".
Dress collections start in July. Visit schedule of events.
Referrals for 2012 Prom season will be open January 2012.
